hmm.. the rain doesen't impact him much or collect on his costume as it should, or drip from his cape, plus if there's a high wind, shouldn't the cape be pulled a bit in that direction and not opposite?
You did amazing work with the shading, colors, shapes, and lighting, etc.. but the rain is a clear mistake with how the rest of it is drawn.

maybe you could change the rain's direction and/or make the cape match it more clearly?

I love your works, thank you for sharing this one, and I hope you don't take my advice badly.

thanks for the advice friend, i don´t take your advice badly, i love this constructive critiques.
you are completly right with the rain but this pic was my first attempt with photoshop and i didn´t know how to make rain, was a experiment.
By the way give me all the advice as you want.
